State Tournament 5/27 at Surf Club Madison.
Boys will play Staples at 10:45 and Darien at 2:15. Games will be two 22 minute halves and will be played on the main Stadium field. Those will be the only 2 games we play.

We are also fielding a side in the B division. This group will play 2 games, against Hartford and West Hartford. Games time are 10am and 130pm.

The girls will play at 12:30pm on the main stadium field vs Southington and then at 2:15 on Field 1 against Simsbury. Those will also be the only two games we play.

These times should not change but possibly could so please check back.

There will be a $10 per car fee to get into the Surf Club. The rugby tournament committee tried to get this waived unsuccessfully. We will not be taking buses to Madison so try to car pool.

The end of the season awards dinner will be held at the Southington Country club on Thursday May 31st from 6pm-8pm.
Players are free and all family members and friends are welcome. Cost for non players is $21 for adults and $10 for children under 12.

The rsvp form is due by 5/25 and will be handed out this week. It is also accesible under the Documents link on the left hand side of this page

The Cheshire Rugby Club and its affiliates donated several thousand dollars to the Turf Fund to help build the new surface. We are privileged to be able to use it for some practices and games even though we are not an official school sport.

School officials have posted rules regarding its use that all players, coaches, parents and fans should abide by:
*no sports drinks, soda, coffee, or beverages other than water
*No glass or metal beverage containers
*no food, seeds, nuts, gum, or chew
*no dogs or other pets
*no tent stakes
*NO METAL CLEATS
*no golf practice
*No grilling
*no Smoking
*no pyrotechnics or fireworks
*no bicycles, scooters, skateboards, roller blades etc
*no unauthorized vehicles
